On the ground floor of the complex there is a spacious and neat entrance, which provides access to the complex and is equipped with doorbells, stairs, elevator and storage rooms.
The entrance to the house is on the 3rd floor; through a gallery. In the hall you will find the meter cupboard (5 groups, 2 earth leakage switches, smart meter and fiber optic connection) and access to the very recently renovated (2022) and fully tiled bathroom, in gray tones and equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with seat, sink with cabinet, a wall-mounted toilet and a towel radiator.

The landing of the second floor can be reached via a fixed, open staircase in the living room.
From here there is access to two bedrooms. Both are wonderfully spacious (approx. 18 m2 and 16 m2), have a beautiful high ceiling (3.55 m2) and are equipped with Velux skylights. These rooms are finished with a laminate floor and wallpaper on the walls. There is also a lot of storage space under the sloping roof of both rooms.
The installation for the central heating boiler (Remeha Avanta 28c, 2016), mechanical ventilation and connections for the washing machine and dryer are located in a closed room that is accessible via the bedroom at the front.
The box, for storing bicycles, among other things, is located on the ground and measures approximately 3 m2.
