LOCATION

The adjacent former energy site has been almost completely renewed and is now called Haarlemmerstroom. The atmosphere is lively and sporty, with a branch of Mooie Boules where you can have a drink and eat. There are also four padel courts. Just across the bridge lies Stadsstrand de Oerkap, where you can dock with your boat and find a cozy restaurant with a terrace. The vibrant center of Haarlem with its shops, restaurants, museums, and the NS station is only a 5-minute bike ride away. Major roads to Alkmaar, Amsterdam, The Hague, and Schiphol are easily and quickly accessible. LAYOUT
Ground floor: Entrance through a central entrance with a doorbell panel.
Private entrance to a spacious hall of about 3.5 meters high with a meter cupboard, a spacious modern toilet with a small sink. The beautiful high old monastery doors are a nice contrast to the industrial atmosphere. 1st floor: From the hall, go up via the spiral staircase to the impressive living room with an open kitchen of about 60m2.
