What a picture is this home, on the Weiver in Krommenie! Between 2014 and 2016, the house was completely rebuilt (including new foundations) and two large dormers were installed. The wooden facades were just painted this year, which makes for an excellent first impression. Open the front door to the hall, with the meter cupboard and stairs to the second floor. Thanks to the windows in the front door, the hall is very bright. In terms of finishing, you will see stucco and a neat laminate floor, which is on almost the entire first floor.
A living room with light, space and a good layout. It is a wish of many home seekers and this home meets it! There are windows on three sides and plenty of room for a large corner sofa, TV cabinet and a dining table. In the kitchen, with a large window on the west side, is a bright corner unit with an induction cooktop, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and combination microwave.

Thanks to the dormer window, the staircase and landing have become much more spacious and bright. This dormer also provides extra space in the first bedroom, which is very suitable as a nursery or study. On the other side are the master bedroom and bathroom, with a second dormer over almost the entire length of the house. Both bedrooms and the landing have laminate flooring.
Surprising is the low door on the landing, which gives access to an attic. In terms of comfort, the bathroom has everything you are looking for: a bathtub, separate shower, second toilet, towel radiator and a sink with plenty of storage space.
Outside:
Through the door in the second hall you walk to a small terrace, with enough space to put a bench. This way you can still sit outside and have no maintenance. On the left side, on the path to the public road, there is a shed that can hold two bicycles.
Surroundings:
Cities such as Alkmaar, Hoorn and Amsterdam are easily accessible by car and train. The arterial roads provide good connections to the A8 and A9 freeways. Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport are about 25 minutes by car. Good to know; the train connection to Zaandam and Amsterdam is excellent!
