Layout

Two large windows on the front and back garden and stained glass windows on the side give the living room a nice light and a view away. There is room for a dining and sitting area and there is air conditioning. The kitchen is accessible from both the hall and the living room. There is a deep storage/pantry cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen has room for a cozy breakfast bar on the living room side and the cooking area is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and storage space in the drawers and cupboards. A door leads to the rear garden.
First floor: landing, fixed attic stairs and doors to the three bedrooms, the bathroom and the laundry/storage room. Details
This house, built in 1970, has been lovingly lived in and continuously maintained and partly modernized. The house is partly double glazing, roof insulation and air conditioning.
