Each flat has its own garden/terrace facing south/west at the rear. There is a shared storage room for placing (electric) bikes. If you have difficulty walking or like to eat on your own, you can always use The Meal Service. In your own flat, you can store your coffee maker, a kettle and/or fridge. The bathrooms have washing machine connections.
The communal kitchen is completely new and modern, with a cooking island, plenty of storage space, drawers, a fridge and dishwasher "at height", an induction hob with integrated extractor fan, a freezer and a quooker.
Rent does not include gas, water and electricity. Service costs € 175,- per month. This includes among other things keeping the building clean, the outside windows, keeping the communal areas clean, outside maintenance (gardens/terraces) and Wifi. Minor help at home, request for meals and, for example, cleaning in one's own flat can be arranged.
