This building, completely renovated in 2022, is located in the beautiful Betuwe, in the heart of the Netherlands, in which 4 unique studios have been created. The uniqueness lies in the fact that the studios are offered fully furnished, you only need to bring your own clothes.
The studios are approximately 750 meters by bike or walk from the Geldermalsen train station. From here there are direct trains to Utrecht, Den Bosch, Tiel, Dordrecht and The Hague.
The A2 motorway is approximately 8 minutes away and the A15 motorway is approximately 5 minutes away.
The towns of Utrecht and Den Bosch are less than 30 minutes by car. Within a circle of about an hour's drive, the places Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Breda, Nijmegen, Arnhem and Amersfoort can be reached.
The center of Geldermalsen with all shopping facilities is approximately 1.5 kilometers away by bike; by car it is about two kilometers. Various shopping facilities such as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and drugstores can be found in and around the center. There is also a diversity of catering establishments.
There are various sports clubs and two gyms in Geldermalsen.
Layout.
The entrance is at the front. There is a private parking space for each studio.
The central entrance gives access to a spacious corridor with access to the four studios. This corridor also provides access to the following general areas: a communal sitting, dining and/or work area, a laundry room and a guest toilet. At the end of the hallway there is a door that gives access to the outdoor area.
Each studio is open-plan and has a sitting/living room, sleeping area and an open kitchen and private bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower (with hand and rain shower), a washbasin and a toilet.
Rental conditions include:
- The rental price includes all costs.
- The rental can start immediately.
- Rental period: a contract is entered into for a period of at least 6 months and a maximum of 2 years.
- Deposit: twice the monthly rent.
- Rental takes place after approval and in consultation with the landlord.
- The tenant must demonstrate that the income is sufficient through recent pay slips or an employer's statement.
- Each tenant will have to undergo a tenant screening, which will be carried out by a specialized company.
