We charge the following rental prices and (advance) service costs for the apartments: The rental price for the apartment is: € 1,050 per month The rental price for the parking space is: € 35 per month (mandatory) The (advance) service costs amounts: € 101 per month The rental price does not include the consumption of water and electricity and other charges and taxes that are borne by the tenant through registration in the population register of the municipality of Asten. If these charges and taxes are charged to us first, these costs will be passed on to the tenants for example through service costs. The rental price and service costs are automatically collected by us every month on or around the first day of the month. METHOD OF ALLOCATION The apartments are allocated on the basis of the most suitable candidates. We look at the current place of residence, household, income and assets at the time of registration. When you are allocated an apartment, we ask you to immediately provide the documents showing that you actually meet the requested allocation criteria. If you do not submit this on time or if it turns out that you do not meet the requested criteria, your assignment will be canceled. AWARD CRITERIA General allocation criteria are used to qualify for an apartment: Target group is 1-2 person households. Your gross monthly income (including holiday pay and fixed bonuses/allowances) is 4 times the monthly rent (3.5 times is negotiable). In most cases, the income of the partner you live with is counted for 50%. You must have an employment contract for an indefinite period or an employment contract with a fixed term, including an employer's statement regarding continuation of the employment relationship. For self-employed entrepreneurs and temporary workers in phase B are subject to different income calculations and/or additional conditions. These are considered on a case-by-case basis. It must be demonstrated that you are really able to pay the monthly rent. If you have a phase A temporary employment contract, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you. Do you have more than €25,000 of freely withdrawable equity? We will then add 1/3 of this capital to your gross annual income. You can prove this capital by means of a bank statement for the past period of 3 months. It is not possible for others to act as guarantor or guarantor for you.
