This is a house which we offer upholstered (flooring, windowdressing and lightning will stay, all the rest of the furnishing will be removed) family house which is currently available for a rental period of 12 months. This is a green and central location at a 15-minute bike ride from the historic center of Haarlem and Central Station. You have all the facilities that Haarlem has to offer within a few minutes' walking/cycling distance. Ideal location in relation to various (also international) school(s), shopping facilities, ideal walking with the family because the recreation area called Hekslootpolder is literally located on the other side of the road, ideally located near exit roads to Amsterdam, Schiphol, Hoofddorp, etc. Ideal about this location is that there is plenty of parking available without the need for a permit.
