When did you buy the property and why did you decide to buy this property then?
During my search for a home in late 2010, I walked in here and went straight to the balcony. Sunshine and views were one of my biggest desires for a home back then. And I can tell you that after all these years, the sun and the view have not disappointed me. On the contrary, the view of the street has never gotten boring and it never will.
What makes it so pleasant to live in this house and in this neighborhood?
The relative quietness of the street and a good and pleasant mix of residents in the property make it an excellent place to live. If you want to get into the hustle and bustle, you can quickly reach the city by bike or public transport. Within ten minutes at Central Station or even faster on the ring road by car.
But fortunately you do not have to leave the neighborhood to find what you are looking for, all conveniences can be found nearby. As soon as the weather permits, you're right in the hustle and bustle of the Amstel River. Vacation feeling at the end of the street.
Why are you leaving/why is the house for sale?
Due to family expansion we have been looking for and have found a new home, so it is time to leave this house behind. But with a box full of great memories of this place we are happy to move and hope that the new residents will have just as good a time here.
