There are plenty of options for daily shopping in the region: the supermarkets on Sarphatistraat and Cruquiuskade and the Dappermarkt. The lively Czaar Peterstraat around the corner has many cozy shops, studios, and coffee bars. There is a mix of creative and craft businesses and catering establishments. You can visit the nearby Hermitage, the Stopera, the Tropenmuseum, the Royal Theater Carre, and the Muziektheater for art, culture, and relaxation.
Layout
The bright three-room apartment of approximately 71m2 has a sunny balcony at the rear, which overlooks the courtyard. The house is in good condition internally and has a modern kitchen, bathroom, and electrical installation. The walls and ceilings are finished with stucco, and an oak laminated parquet floor is throughout the house. This means you can move in immediately! The complex of which the apartment is part was built in the late 80s and has double-glazed windows, concrete floors, cavity walls, and a concrete foundation.
The house has a spacious entrance. The hall has a closet with a recently replaced central heating boiler and washing machine connection.
The front bedroom has a lot of light. A separate toilet with a wash basin is on the other side of this bedroom.
The bedroom at the rear has a walk-in closet and more than enough space for a double bed. An extra bedroom is also possible!
The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has a gray floor and white and green wall tiles. It also has a washbasin with a mirror cabinet, a bath with a shower and glass shower screen, and a towel radiator.
The living room has a lot of light and consists of one large space with a dining area and a sitting area. The table is perfect for inviting friends or family and having a nice chat. Afterward, there is enough space to flop down on the couch because it is certainly big enough for several people. There is also room for closets in the living room, but of course, there is also a separate and spacious storage room in the basement.
The white open kitchen also gets a lot of light. It has upper and lower cabinets, so there is plenty of storage space! The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast with a delicious cup of coffee or for a nice drink while cooking.
The kitchen has a black stone counter and a tiled back wall. It is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, extractor, oven, refrigerator, and a separate freezer.
There is a door to the balcony via the kitchen. This can also be left open when you are cooking.
