LAYOUT
The entrance on the ground floor has the Bringme Box system for collecting and delivering packages. You can reach the 5th floor, where this apartment is located, via the elevator or the stairwell. SUSTAINABILITY
After calculation, the house has an low EPC value. This has been achieved by the high insulation value, heating through district heating, hot water through an energy-efficient boiler, heat recovery through balanced ventilation, heat recovery from shower water, heat pumps and solar panels on the roof. Legally, this is regulated by the construction industry through so-called superficies rights. The boiler is part of a collective tap water system, WK system and PV system and these are rented from Klimaatgarant. Every month you pay an amount of €115,- for various connections, which is indexed annually. This replaces the monthly energy costs.
