ENVIRONMENT

A primary school, several types of childcare and playgrounds can even be found in the street. On the border with Oud-Zuid and Oud-West and within walking distance of the Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark, the Kinkerstraat, the Amstelveenseweg and the Overtoom. There are various (local) shops, restaurants and cozy cafés/restaurants nearby, including Goldmund, Felperlaan, Bartack, Daalder Streetfood and De Hallen.
For daily shopping you can go to the shops and supermarkets on Postjesweg/- Kinkerstraat, Sloterkade/Hoofddorpplein. The location is also ideal for sports enthusiasts, with fitness centers such as David Lloyd Sports & Health and the Vondelpark just around the corner. There are many good primary schools and childcare in the area.
ACCESSIBILITY
Public transport connections are within walking distance (including tram 1, 7 and 17, bus 15 and 18), Lelylaan Station, Zuid-WTC and Sloterdijk are easily accessible by public transport or bicycle and you can be on the Ring A10 within a few minutes. The waiting time for a parking permit is only 3 months, an overflow permit is possible. Visitors can park extra cheaply through: a visitor permit (free of charge at night and on Sundays). There are several charging stations in the street.
