Due to recent splitting off, everything has not yet been processed correctly in the Land Registry. In total it concerns about 2,210 m2 of own land. Other Cadastral divisions are very possible. No permit is required for this. Thus, in the future 5 (maybe even 6) independent houses with their own plot of land can be realized. However, one must take into account the costs for the Cadastral division (and measurement) and the establishment of easements such as a right of way to come and go to and from the public road.
