In the bathroom and under the stairs, there is space for a washing machine and dryer, accessible via a sliding door.
Next to the bathroom is the staircase to the mezzanine. The space at the top of the stairs and behind the mezzanine is the location for the central heating boiler. Connections for a washing machine and dryer are also prepared here. This space can also be used as storage for groceries or other items. When you walk through, you enter the bedroom on the mezzanine. The mezzanine has built-in LED spotlights on the sides of the ceiling to illuminate the space. This area is also equipped with a small radiator.
