Description

Do you have big dreams? Erve Boevink gives your ideas space Perhaps you know this place from a visit to the Woeste Wieven, or to the cheerful Camping Lolotte. Here, between Diepenheim, Neede and Hengevelde lies this special and captivating sanctuary, Erve Boevink or the Muldershuis. This beautiful, quirky and especially large farm (with a living area of over 500m ² is really a giant) - with classic schöppe - is located in the heart of the hamlet Markvelde, in the last lob of Overijssel. Erve Boevink is an enchantingly beautiful place, with countless possibilities: there is ample space for double occupancy (possibility to split into two residential areas) and the house in its current form lends itself extremely well to the development of commercial activities. In addition, splitting the plot and converting the barn is also possible, as the municipality has given the green light for redevelopment of the barn (schöppe). And all with the gentle murmur of the Schipbeek as musical wallpaper.... Together with nature The current occupant has given the farmhouse an intention, namely to let nature be the compass here. It is a cheerful house, where you naturally walk through with a smile. The farmhouse dates from 1931, but in a previous life there was a water mill here. The place has been inhabited for centuries, and always together with nature. The plot measures 5,240 square meters, making it spacious without being overwhelmingly large. Along the yard, the Schipbeek gurgles over the fish ladder, braiding the water into a continuous poem. All around, you can enjoy the green vistas this landscape offers. Always wanted to keep some small livestock or horses? You can; currently a portion of the barn and yard is set up as a "paddock paradise. The riding possibilities here are good. Through the creek you can easily drive to Buurse or nature reserve De Bollert. If desired, there is the possibility for horse lovers to buy additional pasture. Are you looking for the peace and space of the outdoors, in the friendliness and uncomplicatedness of the friendly East? Then Erve Boevink is a good candidate. The farmhouse is well maintained, well insulated and modernized, without compromising its authentic character. And yet, with 20 minutes you are on the A1 and drive to the Randstad in an hour. Diepenheim The house is five car minutes from the center of Diepenheim, a lovely artists' village in Twente, surrounded by magnificent castles and estates. Diepenheim is beautiful; its nature is impressive and its cultural offerings high. In the center there is a community center, a museum, a well-stocked neighborhood supermarket and the butcher who is truly out of his league! Ground Floor Entrance on the left side of the house. Here stands the old fireplace - this used to be the kitchen - with old Dutch tiles, full of scenes of old games and Dutch Glory as the mills (the "Muldershuis"), schooners and galleons, as a beautiful element in the house. On the floor classic granite. Then the central hall, where the house is divided into two parts; a front and a back house. In the central hall you will also find access to the stairs to the floor, the WC and the bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink. The front house is a charming and warm house, with a lovely, bright living room: sunlit, with French doors to the garden and views of the chickens, the creek and the meadows. Here a soapstone stove is content to radiate - a more efficient wood-burning stove would be hard to find. Following this is the charming eat-in kitchen. Here is also the hall of the second entrance. On the floor a beautiful black and white tile floor with underfloor heating and the custom kitchen looks nostalgic but is surprisingly up to date, with a large Boretti gas stove, lots of storage space, a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Following is the dining room, with its contemporary, sunny wallpaper and beautiful views all around. The large utility room still has the original pantry. Then the corridor, with the back door, and access to the central hall. From the central hall access to the back house, the old part. This has been transformed into a warm and large living room, full of light. The barn doors have given way to large, glazed doors, and there is also plenty of natural light from the rooms above the hildes (the haylofts). To the right is a generous kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, and a sturdy countertop made of thick slab of tree. In the wooden floor is laid a pentagram, a symbol of the connection this place has with nature and the spiritual. At the heart of the space is a wood stove that warms the room with ease. Below the hildes on the left is the study with the door to the garden and the barn, the pantry and access to the second bathroom with WC, shower and sink. Both right and left there is access to the floors. Floor The staircase from the central hall gives access to the rooms above the front house: here are four spacious bedrooms and a separate toilet. Sleep under the stars, because from the room under the sloping roof there is a beautiful panoramic window. From the front house to the space above the part: the large landing, with extra storage space, provides access to a WC and four rooms, each of which ingeniously uses the hildes and the extra space therein. The skylights make all rooms bright and sunny. The attic is also an easily walkable space and, in terms of infill, still an unwritten page. Given the spectacular views from the old hay hatches, we can well imagine this becoming a guest room or workspace. Outdoor space Surrounding the house is a fantastic garden; organically shaped and using many natural elements. There is a beautiful ornamental garden, a large run for the chickens, with their cozy chicken house, there is a large driveway and around the house there are several terraces. Behind the house is a carport with shed. This schöppe is currently in use as a barn and storage for the horses. But, that is not the only thing this barn can do; the municipality allows this yard to be redeveloped and that means that a residential zoning has been granted for the schöppe. For example, would you like to live in this yard together with family or friends? Then you can do so with ease! There is plenty of space to ensure the privacy of all parties. Would you like to receive guests and offer more accommodation space? Then the schöppe is the place for that. In short, a cheerful and warm house, quirky, full of space and promise.
