LAYOUT
Ground floor:
Entry into a spacious entrance with granite floor that is accessible via a low stone staircase with brick walls on either side.

2nd floor:
The second floor (no. 21a) has a spacious landing with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage space. On this floor there is also a three-part bay window with small windows, as well as a four-part wooden dormer window crowned with a curved pediment.

The location on the northwest part of the Verlengde Hereweg not only offers a lively environment, but also proximity to all amenities that Helpman has to offer. The Helpman shopping center with a wide range of shops is within walking distance. You can enjoy nature in the nearby Sterrenbos or later in the newly constructed Zuiderpark.
