Description
This house is ready for the future! Thanks to the energy label A++, you can live here with peace of mind. For example, this house is gas-free thanks to the heat pump and there are 16 solar panels attached to the house. Not only these elements ensure pleasant living, the house itself of course too! There is a sea of ??space, underfloor heating on the ground floor and an extension with skylight! Have you also noticed the greenery and water at the front? You look out onto this from the kitchen. In addition, there are four bedrooms and a warm, well-kept bathroom with a rain shower. Of course, there is much more to tell about the house and its quiet and green surroundings, but for that we would like to invite you to see it with your own eyes. Will you contact us for an appointment? We will be happy to show you the house!
The layout of the house:
The entrance to the house is accessible via the sidewalk and the front garden. The L-shaped hall offers space for a wardrobe and makes the meter cupboard, the toilet with washbasin, the stairs to the first floor and the living room accessible. There is a stair cupboard under the stairs and next to it the heat pump (2023) is neatly concealed. There is a modern tiled floor with underfloor heating on the ground floor and the walls and ceilings are plastered here. The spacious kitchen is at the front and consists of two parts. The corner unit has a 4-burner Bosch induction hob with an extractor hood above it, a combination oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The cupboard wall offers more than enough storage space. Adjacent to the kitchen there is more than enough space for a large dining table and living room thanks to the extension! An extra nice feature is the skylight, which provides extra daylight. The back garden (northeast) is also accessible and with the gate door on the left rear side, the length is almost fully utilized. At the back there is also a storage room with a small canopy. On the first floor there are three well-sized bedrooms with plastered walls. Two bedrooms are at the rear of the house and both have a skylight, just like the modern bathroom. This is located at the front and has a walk-in shower, a second toilet and a washbasin with furniture. The third, spacious bedroom is located next to it and has a dormer window. The second floor is accessible via a fixed staircase and makes the landing and fourth bedroom accessible. A dormer window has been placed at the rear with space behind the knee walls. The landing therefore offers sufficient space for the washing machine/dryer setup. The inverter of the 16 solar panels can also be found here.
The area:
This neighborhood is very popular to live in, partly due to its central location. It is a child-friendly neighborhood and the house is located on a quiet side street. Follow this street and you will end up at a spacious field with a nice playground. In addition, all necessary amenities are within easy reach. For example, you can easily drive to an Albert Heijn via the Oosttangent, while in the other direction you will come across sports clubs and a fitness center. Here you will also find the arterial roads that quickly take you to the A9, among other things. Heerhugowaard offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun. The indoor shopping centre Middenwaard, with no fewer than 150 shops, is one of the largest in the Netherlands. Fancy a nice lunch, drink or dinner? There is plenty of choice from various restaurants and bars. You are also in the right place for entertainment with the cinema VUE, De Waerd Bowling and Events and Theater Cool nearby. In addition, the bustling centre of Alkmaar can be reached within about a fifteen-minute drive. In short, there is something for everyone to do in and around Heerhugowaard!
