The chalet is built in two parts, which makes it possible to move it in the future. Upon sale, the two parts (on a metal frame) and the terrace will need to be dismantled. Due to the weight of the roof tiles, these will likely need to be removed as well.
A transport company has estimated that the total cost for dismantling, transport (with a low loader), and reassembly will be approximately €8,000, depending on the distance. Interested parties are, however, free to carry out these tasks themselves if preferred.
Why is the Chalet Being Sold?
