STORAGE SHED/ REARING STABLE The very spacious shed is currently in use as storage space and partly equipped with 5 horse boxes and 2 loose boxes. Obviously, the shed is suitable for multiple purposes. The masonry facades of the fully insulated shed are largely gabled on the outside. The roof is covered with tiles. French doors in the front and side wall provide access to the yard. The mare/foal box measures approx. 5x5 m and the other 4 boxes are approx. 3x3.5 m. The stalls have partly plastic and partly galvanised front walls with sliding doors and plastic partitions. A fixed staircase provides access to a spacious attic, which is situated over the entire surface of the shed. OTHER FACILITIES The outdoor arena measures approx. 22x62 metres and has an ebb and flow soil. The arena is beautifully situated, surrounded by greenery. Liberty's horse walker next to the stables is suitable for 5 horses. The horse walker has a clinker floor and a wooden fence. The lunging circle has a sandy floor and a wooden fence.
