The reception area is finished with a tiled floor, spachtelputz walls and a stucco ceiling with recessed lighting. The room is accessible from the yard and from the stable area. French doors provide access to the raised terrace. There is a kitchenette with bar, which is equipped with a sink, oven, fridge and gas hob. At stable sections II and III, the roof is fitted with a wide skylight. The barn consists of 3 parts, which are separated by a sliding door. The layout of the barn offers plenty of opportunities for (partial) letting. Part I is separated from Part II by a sliding door and can also be accessed via the adjacent storage/stabling area. Part I is equipped with 9 horse stalls (in U-shape), 2 washing areas, a solarium, a tack room, as well as a gents' and ladies' toilet. The luxurious horse stalls are equipped with partly hardwood, partly galvanised front and partition walls with sliding doors and masonry rear walls. The washrooms are equipped with hot and cold water, as well as having a concrete floor. The concrete walls are partly covered with rubber. The solarium has a clinkered floor. The spacious tack room is finished with a concrete clinker floor and a custom-made, luxury fixture (Sebo) consisting of fixed cupboards, a worktop with a sink and a fridge. The men's and women's toilet are both partly tiled and equipped with a floating toilet and a hand basin.
Stable area II
This area is accessible from the yard via sliding doors in the front and rear façade and is equipped with 8 horse stalls, 2 washing areas, a solarium and a tack room. The horse boxes (approx. 350x350, Corton) are fitted with partly hardwood, partly galvanised front walls with sliding doors, concrete intermediate and rear walls and an exterior hatch. The tack room is finished with a tiled floor and a custom-made interior (Sebo) consisting of a cupboard wall and a worktop with a sink. A storage attic is located above the tack room. The washrooms have a concrete floor, concrete walls and hot and cold water. There is a flybuster system in the stables.
Stable section III
This section has 10 horse stalls and is accessible from the yard through a sliding door in the side wall. The horse boxes (approx. 350x350, Corton) are equipped with partly hardwood, partly galvanised front walls with sliding doors, concrete intermediate and rear walls and an exterior hatch.
Storage/storage area:
The storage/stabling area (approx. 10x25 mtr.) is situated in a hangar at the site of the first stable section. The storage area is equipped with a floated concrete floor, constructed of sheet piling with a masonry plinth and the roof is covered with corrugated sheets, which is partly translucent. The storage area is accessible from the yard through a large sliding door. A workshop is located here.
OTHER FACILITIES
Outdoor arena:
The very spacious outdoor arena (ca.50x35 m) is located at the front of the stables and is equipped with a drained, ebb-and-flow Wijlaars soil. The outdoor arena has been enlarged with a new piece of approx.25x40mtr.
Horse walker:
The covered horse walker is suitable for 6 horses and the walls are constructed of hardwood and windbreak netting. The roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets.
Pasture:
The back pasture is divided into several paddocks. There are 4 sand and 9 grass paddocks.
