Bedroom I ensuite with a total size of approx. 22m² (6.31 x 3.45). Bedroom II of approx. 16m² is L-shaped and can easily be split into two separate bedrooms if desired. Attic: Accessible attic floor (via an opening in the ceiling) with a new insulated roof and a dormer window. The attic can be used as storage space, provided that a solid attic floor and a loft ladder are installed. Outdoor space: From the Demertstraat, a wooden gate provides access to a deep but relatively narrow patio garden of approx. 20m² (11.70m x 1.70m). The patio is situated on the south and has a canopy and a separate outdoor storage room of over 2m² (1.72 x 1.40).
