About the village: Nieuwer ter Aa is a small village which is part of the municipality of Stichtse Vecht and is close to the village of Breukelen (cycling distance). It is a nice place to live, on the edge of the Green Heart, which has been protected as a National Landscape since 2004. The village is child-friendly and has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. You literally live in the middle of the green, within 20 minutes you are in Amsterdam or Utrecht, with the A2 motorway and NS station Breukelen a few minutes away. The flat is 150 metres away a shop for daily groceries and a primary school. Other amenities can be found in the nearby village of Breukelen or Loenen a/d Vecht.
