Health reasons forced us to sell this apartment with regret after only 1.5 years. Especially in the evening the panoramic view of the skyline is even more impressive than during the day. The privacy of this apartment is optimal, even for the terrace with sun in the morning until sunset, while neighbor noise is kept to a minimum. The parking area around the Tympanon is very spacious so that the distance from the entrance to the car is only a few dozen meters. Especially nice during rain and heavy shopping. From the flat you can walk right directly into the forest the Esch or left along the Maas to the Plantation. It is an ideal place to walk the dog, as we experienced.
First floor:
Through the central hall with the mailboxes you have access to the storage room and the elevators.
12th floor:
You enter a spacious hall with access to the meter cupboard, the separate toilet and two spacious built-in closets. When you walk around the corner you are drawn towards the bright living room. The living room is directly connected to the third room. The original front door to the balcony has been replaced by a beautiful plastic front with sliding doors. Moreover, the balcony is located on the south-west, the perfect sun position!
