Anworpstraat 10--114524 JP SluisSint Anna ter Muiden

€ 875,000 k.k.

Description

Sint Anna ter Muiden is a picturesque village at the most western point of the Netherlands, barely a few hundred metres from the Belgian-Dutch border. Sint Anna ter Muiden has about 50 inhabitants, which is why it is known as one of the smallest villages in the Netherlands and was granted city rights in 1242. In the Middle Ages, it was an important trading town and an outport of Bruges. After the harbour silted up in the 14th century, the town declined in favour of neighbouring Sluis. The entire village is classified as a protected monument and has at least 40 national monuments. The church and tower, the pump, the market square and surrounding buildings are just a few of the places of interest; the village is definitely worth a visit! In the middle of the village we offer a plot with an area of 710 m². A new house is currently being built there. The building will be delivered as a shell, wind and watertight, and can be finished by the buyer. A modern volume will be realised that fits within the village centre but still shows that it comes from a different time. This house may, in addition to being permanently inhabited, also be used for recreational purposes. For more information we refer you to the office. The communicated price is ex VAT.
