The apartment
Central entrance, only accessible to residents. With the stairs you reach the first floor where the apartment is located. Entrance/hall with access to all areas of the apartment: meter cupboard with central heating boiler and separate storage room with connections for the washing machine and dryer, toilet with sink, bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom and the living room with open kitchen.
The first thing you will notice about the living room is that it is very bright. This is partly due to the use of color by the current owner, but also due to the windows over the entire width and the extra side window. There is an unobstructed view over an ornamental pond towards Amstelveen. The French doors with French balcony further emphasize the feeling of freedom. The room is large enough for a sitting area and a separate dining area. Aalsmeer and Amstelveen
Aalsmeer is a beautiful living environment. With lots of greenery, a village character and yet centrally located in the Randstad, it offers an ideal balance. The heart of Amsterdam is quickly accessible by car, and even by bicycle the route via the Amsterdamse Bos is very pleasant. The proximity of Schiphol, various arterial roads and well-organized public transport contribute to accessibility. The center of Aalsmeer is within cycling distance and is bustling with activities. Consider the unique nature and recreational area of the Westeinderplassen, with its various catering establishments, the Westeinder beach and a range of marinas.
The house also has no better location compared to Amstelveen. On the edge of the child-friendly residential area ''Westwijk'', with a tram to Amsterdam, a shopping center and schools.
