Entrance of the house with the hall, meter cupboard, wardrobe and toilet. The house has already been expanded from the construction, creating a spacious seating area at the rear of the house. From here, patio doors lead to the sunny garden. Because of the corner location, the house has an extended bay window on the side at the front. This creates a large and open kitchen. The many windows in this bay window ensure that a lot of sunlight enters this kitchen in the early morning. With a combi oven, 5-burner gas hob, one and a half sink, (renewed) dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and the necessary storage space and worktop, this kitchen is equipped with every convenience. The entire ground floor is finished with a light laminate floor.
Three bedrooms and the bathroom are adjacent to the landing. The extended bay window on the side has also been extended upwards, creating a spacious master bedroom. The sun also enters this bedroom in the morning. The other two bedrooms are located at the rear and are also of a good size. The modern bathroom was replaced in 2017 and has a double washbasin, a walk-in shower with a seat, a Japanese toilet and underfloor heating.
The second floor currently consists of a large attic where a fourth room has been created. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the attic. The garden is largely tiled and has several planters. At the back of the garden is a stone shed in which the bicycles can be parked. From this shed you also enter the back path. In addition to the backyard, there is also a piece of garden on the side, located next to the kitchen.
Aalsmeer
The house is located in a young, child-friendly residential area near primary schools and the Poldermeesterplein shopping center where you can do your daily shopping. For a day of shopping, the Stadshart of Amstelveen is only 10 minutes away by car. Amsterdam and Schiphol can also be reached by car within 20 minutes. For a day of recreation you can easily cycle to the Amsterdamse Bos or the recreational beach at the Westeinderplassen.
