The apartment
The apartment has its own entrance, located on the ground floor of the complex. Upon entering the hall there is space for the wardrobe and from here you can reach the bedroom, the guest toilet and a practical storage cupboard. In this storage cupboard you will find, among other things, the washing machine and dryer connection and here is the heat pump with a 200 liter boiler tank. The heat pump was replaced in its entirety last year.
The bedroom is located at the front of the complex and is therefore on the cool northeast. This keeps the bedroom at a pleasant temperature all year round. The en-suite bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. This bathroom was renovated in 2016 and has a walk-in shower and a washbasin.
Towards the rear of the house we enter the large living room with open kitchen. A beautiful window provides plenty of natural light and overlooks the private terrace. The kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a combination oven-microwave, dishwasher, sink and a 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood. The size of the living room offers opportunities to furnish the space in a playful way.

Amstelveen
