About the location and neighborhood:
The property is located at the end of the Gerard Doulaan and borders on a park with playground and pond. Just around the corner, on the Rembrandtweg and of course in the luxurious and covered Stadshart, you will find all your daily amenities such as supermarkets, stores, but also catering establishments, a cinema, pop stage and a library. Every Friday, there is also a large market on the Stadsplein with a variety of (fresh) stalls.
