LAYOUT
Through the common entrance with video intercom you arrive, via the modern staircase, on the third floor with landing and the entrance to the house. Upon entering you step directly into the corridor, which is centrally located: connected to all rooms on the third floor and the internal staircase towards the fourth floor. The entire apartment is laid with an oak floor.
Third floor
At the rear side is the spacious living room, which offers ample space for a possible sitting area with large family sofa, coffee table and television cabinet to your own layout. Large windows provide plenty of light incidence and the wide sliding doors provide access to the (first) spacious roof terrace facing Southwest. On the roof terrace you can quietly enjoy the beautiful view of waterways and trees on the edge of the Amsterdam Forest. At the front side is the semi-open kitchen situated and next to it you will find an additional sitting area for a possible dining table and chairs. Because of large windows you again enjoy pleasant light incidence and on this side of the property there is a view of the large trees on either side of the ongoing road called Amstelveenseweg. Thanks to good insulation with thick double glass, little traffic noise enters the house, allowing you to sit in peace with guests who you can ideally serve from the kitchen.

Fourth floor
Via the internal stairwell in the hallway, we make our way to the upper living area, located on the fourth floor of the property. At the rear side you find the first bedroom, with ample space for a double bed and possible cupboards. Furthermore, the corresponding (second) roof terrace is situated to this bedroom. Also here, large sliding doors provide access to the roof terrace facing Southwest, again with large windows that provide pleasant light incidence and a beautiful view of waterways and the Amsterdam forest.
At the front side is the largest (master) bedroom located, with large built-in wardrobes and again ample space for a double bed and possible extra cupboards. From this bedroom the additional balcony of the house is accessible, with possibilities for some additional storage of personal belongings and once again views of the trees along the road.
The bathroom and separate laundry room are located in the hallway between the bedrooms. The laundry room is of course equipped with washing machine connection and also an air ventilation system (WTW system) and some extra storage space. The spacious bathroom is fully equipped with a wide bathtub with step and glass shower enclosure, sink cabinet, toilet, built-in radio and designer radiator. In terms of finishing, black floor tiles, gray wall tiles and white ceiling were chosen, to ensure a hygienic situation.
LOCATION

ACCESSIBILITY
By bicycle it is about 8 minutes to station Amsterdam-Zuid or the center of Amstelveen and only 15 minutes to the famous Vondelpark and Museumplein. Public transport connection is also excellent, as several tram and bus lines stop near the house and metro station Amstelveenseweg and station Amsterdam-Zuid are in the vicinity. By car, the A10 ring road and A2 motorway are easily accessible, taking you quickly to Schiphol Airport, for example. A parking permit costs € 110 per year and there is ample parking in the neighborhood.
