LOCATION

This distance is also easily manageable by bike. The newly constructed Spaarndammertunnel has made the streets in the Spaarndammerbuurt itself very quiet.
HOA & SERVICE COSTS
The association consists of 8 members and currently has approximately €30,000 in the reserve fund. Exterior painting is scheduled for 2024. The monthly service costs for this apartment are €110.

LAND TYPE
