Sustainability
The real of this apartment was sufficiently insulated in 2008. Only the windows at the front are single glass windows and the front facade has not (yet) been insulated. The basement floor is largely uninsulated, only floor of the rear extension is insulated. However, should you decide to insulate this floor, the effect would be minimal.
- If you were to replace the front windows with HR++ glass (subject to municipal planning permission) this would change the ‘B’ label to ‘A’.
- The insulation of the front façade by placing foam panelling (Rc = min. 3.5, would not alter the label, it would remain ‘A’.
