LOCATION
Reinier Claeszenstraat is a relatively quiet street, mainly used by local traffic. It is conveniently situated for several handy shopping streets, including Jan van Galenstraat, Admiraal de Ruijterweg and De Clerqstraat, where you can buy your daily groceries or stop for a coffee or lunch in a café or restaurant. The Jordaan and Oud-West neighbourhoods are just a short cycle-ride away.

HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION (VvE)

APPLICATION FOR WINDOWS IN THE LOWER GROUND FLOOR
The current owners have applied to the City for a permit to place windows (via a lightwell) in both bedrooms at the front of lower ground floor. This would give the bedrooms direct daylight and allow natural ventilation (mechanical ventilation is currently in use).
