Location

Accessibility
Saxen-Weimarlaan is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The Haarlemmermeer station (bus 15 and 62), Surinameplein and Koninginneweg (tram 1, 2 and 17), as well as the important main roads (e.g. A10 ring road) and Schiphol Airport are only a short distance away.

Sustainability and energy label
Label A, valid until 04-12-2033. This can easily be further improved by installing a heat pump for which all preparations have been made, installing solar panels and a green roof. The owners' association has agreed to these measures. The roof falls under joint ownership and solar panels and green roof would be joint investments. Furthermore, the house has been provided with roof insulation, facade insulation, new windows and garden doors on the fourth floor, with HR++ and solar control glass, front insulating windows cq insulating glass, third floor in the bay window installed insulating windows, other windows on the third floor with insulating glass.
