Additional work:

There are also additional outlets placed, in the house and backyard. A door has been placed in the front facade, allowing you to walk outside directly from the living room. Both toilet rooms and the kitchen are already installed, on all floors is a herringbone floor and you see stucco on the walls and ceilings. There are also small details that make a difference, such as Belgian bluestone window sills throughout the home and soundproof doors.
An extra wall has been installed in the master bedroom and very convenient is the separate toilet room on the second floor. The staircase to the second floor is a closed staircase instead of an open staircase. On the second floor the storage room has been enlarged and a toilet connection has been realized, making it possible to create a second bathroom here. First floor:
Through the car-free path you walk to the front door of your brand new, sustainable home. The spacious hall with meter cupboard immediately gives a business card: stucco on the walls and ceiling, a cool living room door with glass and the herringbone floor with underfloor heating is on almost the entire first floor. To the right of the hall is the toilet room with a wall closet and sink, where you can see beautiful marble on the walls and floor.
Thanks to the extension of 1.20 meters, the living room has become a lot more spacious and there is a nice division between the sitting and dining area. At the rear you see a large facade with garden doors and at the front is a door to the front garden. At the heart of the living room is a beautiful kitchen with a large island and a wall of cabinets. This kitchen offers plenty of space, there is seating at the island and all top quality appliances are built-in: an induction hob with extractor fan, a Quooker, oven, wine fridge, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.
Second floor:
The second floor is also finished with attention to detail and using good materials. Only the bathroom remains to be finished, with the connections for a walk-in shower and a washbasin cabinet. One of the chosen additional work options is a separate toilet room, accessible from the landing. There is herringbone flooring on the landing and in the bedrooms, and you will also see smooth stucco on the walls and ceilings on this floor.
There are two spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom with en-suite dressing area located at the rear. The room with at the front can be used as a nursery, guest room or double study. In this room you can see a double French balcony which provides plenty of light.
Second floor:
From the landing you can reach two more bedrooms and a spacious storage room. The storage room is enlarged so there is enough space for the washer and dryer. The heat pump and the wtw unit are also in the storage room.
The front bedroom has a French balcony and the rear bedroom is similar in size to the master bedroom. The floor, wall and ceiling finishes are identical to the other floors.
Garden:
French doors in the living room give access to the landscaped backyard facing southeast. There is a back entrance, allowing bicycles to be stored in the wooden shed.

Get on your bike to the NSDM area with cozy eateries, the EYE museum, Paradiso in North and the metro station from where you can directly reach the center, Amsterdam South and the Zuidas. By bike you quickly reach the ferry to Amsterdam Central and Pontsteiger/Houthavens.
