Description
Will you soon be living in this spacious and comfortable flat right in the bustling heart of the cosy village of Breukelen? Within walking distance of all amenities the village has to offer, we may offer you this very spacious flat. The flat is approximately 123 m2 in size and features a beautiful spacious hall with spacious toilet room, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, scullery/laundry room, cosy living room with adjoining kitchen, a large indoor balcony (patio) and as icing on the cake, a spacious storage room and an indoor parking space in the garage. An ideal and beautiful flat for old but certainly also for young!
The view is very varied and there is always something to see because from the living room and the balcony you look "out" of the street, there is always something to see.
The Molenwerf apartment complex owes its name to the fact that, in the past, a mill stood here on the well-known canal "de Danne" or formerly called "de Kerkvaart". Later, this location housed garage company van Ekris, and after the company moved out of the village, this small-scale apartment complex was founded here in 2000. Beautifully located in the middle of the village, within walking distance of the shops and conviviality with the luxury of being able to park your car under the building. Via the lift you reach the flat directly so this property is suitable for every stage of life. In short, make an appointment for a viewing soon so that we can greet you in this beautiful flat.
Layout: The apartment complex is accessible by car via Straatweg, through an electric garage door you can park your car on your own parking space in the basement. Get out in comfort, dry and safe! Via the garage, you reach the entrance/reception area. The building's main entrance is on the Dannegracht side, where you will find the mailboxes and the main entrance. An intercom allows you to let guests in automatically. The communal entrance is spacious, very neat and features a lift and central staircase.
Arriving at the apartment, you enter the spacious hallway. Here you will find the meter cupboard and the toilet, through this hallway you can reach the spacious rear bedroom and the second bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, spacious shower, double sink and a toilet. All neatly tiled and very generously proportioned. Next to the bathroom, there is also an extra room which is ideal as a laundry and storage room. Sort of like a scullery. Here you will also find the technical installation of the apartment such as the central heating boiler, mechanical ventilation and washer/dryer connections. Then you reach the large living room. This beautiful, bright living room has many windows, making it a lovely light room. The beautiful view of the Pieterskerk and the Dannegracht at the front is also very pleasant. Through a large sliding door you can reach the indoor balcony, also this door gives you unobstructed views straight down the length of the Straatweg. The balcony is south-facing and because it is walled in, you are always dry here and can enjoy this spot early in the year.
Next to the living room and adjacent to the balcony is the kitchen. The kitchen is simple and will be able to be modernised in due course. As mentioned, the kitchen has a window and wicket door which opens onto the terrace/balcony.
