Ground floor
The front door can be reached via the front yard, after which you enter a hall, where you will find a toilet with underfloor heating and the staircase leading upstairs with a stair cupboard underneath. The living room is bathed in light through the large windows on three sides of the house. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances and is located in the middle of the ground floor. At the rear is the dining room and access to the recently renovated utility room.
The utility room has the connection for a washing machine and dryer and the central heating is also installed here.
The garden is accessible from the dining room, which is large and designed. The garden is raised and slightly sloping, which ensures optimal drainage. Due to its south-west location, there is sun almost all day. In the summer two beautiful wisterias, a Magnolia and a pear tree bloom.
First floor
There are three good bedrooms on the first floor. Two at the rear and one bedroom at the front. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located at the front and has a shower, toilet, washbasin and underfloor heating.
Second floor
The attic was enlarged in 2023 by installing a dormer window across the entire width. This makes this space completely usable as a workplace, bedroom or even as two bedrooms if desired. This option was taken into account when constructing the dormer window, allowing a wall to be placed in the middle to divide the space. There is an unobstructed view from the chapel, including the harbor of Havenrak and the Broeker church.
The house has a beautiful wooden floor on the ground floor. Almost everywhere there is double glazing in plastic frames with mosquito screens in the windows on the first and second floor. The cavity walls are equipped with Supafil and the crawl space is filled with insulation beads.
