There is a recreation room and a beautiful roof terrace on the 14th floor. Furthermore, 10 guest rooms have been furnished for the benefit of your guests. Activities and trips are regularly organized by the events committee. Ready to move in, well maintained, modern and sleek two-room apartment with a lively view and a large balcony. The apartment is located on the 5th floor on the east side of the building, it offers 67 m² with a private storage room on the 5th floor and the common use of a bicycle shed with charging points.
Layout:
Ground floor: through a spacious entrance with doorbells and mailboxes, the spacious hall with reception, sitting area / waiting area and communal bicycle shed is accessible. The stairs and two elevators lead to the living floors. On the ground floor is a communal bicycle shed which is easily accessible through the back entrance. Parking is in the street, with a parking permit. Both from the living room and from the sunny balcony, this apartment offers a beautiful and lively view of the Province House and the surrounding greenery.
Very spacious hall with open connection to the living room, which immediately creates a spacious impression: the entire outer wall of the living room is fitted with glass, from top to bottom, so that the inside and outside merge beautifully. The balcony is directly accessible from the living room through this sliding door. The existing sun protection protects against the sun.
The open kitchen is located next to the living room, which could also be closed off with a small intervention if desired. The service facilities in Serviceflat 'De Pettelaer' are ideal for vital seniors, but of course it is very pleasant, comfortable and safe to live here for all ages.
The contribution to the Owners' Association is € 714 per month (based on a single-person household, € 50 is added for a second resident). This contribution includes, among other things, the costs of hot and cold water, a reservation for daily and major maintenance of the building, the costs of the caretaker, reception and alarm monitoring, as well as the costs of the restaurant with kitchen. Only a small fee is charged for participating in the meals. Heating costs and electricity consumption will be calculated individually.
What do I get for services within the service costs/V.v.E. contribution??
