The house has no opposite neighbours, is free on a lawn with a beautiful, old tree and overlooks the Maaspoortweg and sports fields in the distance. The street is quiet and safe, ideal for children: hardly any cars drive here and there is a playing field at the end of the street. You have plenty of space here, both in and around the house.
A five-minute walk puts you in the middle of the Diezemonding nature reserve with its Ertveldplas and marina. If you walk in the other direction, you can easily reach the Rompert shopping centre. The bustling city centre and the NS railway station are a five-minute cycle ride away. By car, you are on the A59 motorway in the same time, close to the A2 exit. The extremely robustly built twelve houses in this little street (3 x four-under-one-roof) were built in the early 1960s for (and partly by) the employees of energy company PNEM. Later, a solid full-width extension was added to this house at the back. In 2000, during a renovation, attractive garden doors were made in it, all window frames were replaced and HR glass and certified hardware was installed throughout.
