Procedure:
Pre-registration is now open, you can put yourself on the list by sending an email to with your name, address, telephone number and email address. After a few weeks we will actively start the sale with the registration per building number. In order to be assigned a building number you must add a statement from a lender and/or financial advisor stating that you have been pre approved for financing and that the purchase is financially feasible. Without this statement you will NOT be assigned a building number. If you have obtained the option on a number, it is valid for a maximum of one week and the purchase and construction agreement will be drawn up or the option will expire. The project developer and those involved retain the right of award.
If you are assigned a building number, a meeting will follow as soon as possible at Meermakelaars' office, prior to this meeting you will have an orientation meeting with a financial advisor associated with the project. He or she will inform you about the financial aspects of new construction.
