Description

Layout
Ground floor: covered entrance, hall with doors to the garage and utility room and sliding door to the ground floor room on the backyard side. The latter room has a skylight and sliding doors to the backyard. This space can be used according to your own wishes, for example an office, practice, salon or studio at home or as a bedroom. From the utility room access to the hall, garden and kitchen. The utility room is equipped with a simple kitchen layout with sink, kitchen wall opposite (with space for, for example, a fridge-freezer combination), connection for washing machine and installation location for the electric hot water boiler (Daalderop, 120 liters). Particularities
