Particularities
After its construction in 1961, this modern home was recently renovated and finished using sustainable materials. The living room has underfloor heating. A PVC floor was chosen in the hall, living room, kitchen, garage and storage room, and click laminate was chosen on the floor of the ground floor (office) room. Insulating glass has been used (largely HR++), 54 energy-saving solar panels have been installed on the flat roof (2018) and cavity wall insulation has been installed (November 2023). The electrical installation has been completely replaced. A charging point for an electric car is available on the driveway side. Where necessary, sun screens have been installed and there is a drop-down awning at the rear. In 2021, the windows, doors and frames were repainted inside and outside.
