This district was built along the Herenweg and ultimately named after Molenaar and Westeinderplassen fanatic Jan Lunenburg. Ultimately, 15 ''one-of-a-kind'' (water) villas were built in this district with access to the Westeinderplassen. We are excited to show you Jan Lunenburg Oever 12. The House Spacious entrance with access to the guest toilet, the floating steel stairs to the first floor, a utility room and the ground floor bedroom. The utility room also serves as a technical room with a pantry, the washing machine and dryer and the heat pump with boiler and buffer tank. There is also an access door to the outside from the utility room. The ground floor bedroom has a double handmade closets with access to a en-suite bathroom, equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower and a washbasin. During construction, it was decided to further expand the extension of the kitchen, creating a beautiful space for a large and cozy dining table where you can dine long evenings and have afternoon drinks with friends and family. This extension has not been closed by construction the first floor. This creates a unique height of over 6 meters in this part of the house. Additional windows have been installed in the facades for even more daylight access and there is a second sliding door to the outside. The 'high-end' kitchen itself is fully equipped with premium appliances. There is a spacious kitchen wall with plenty of cupboard space, a wine fridge, refrigerator, freezer, combination oven-microwave and a built-in coffee maker. Opposite to this wall, there is a stand alone island where you can cook on a 4-burner induction hob with integrated bora system, with a separate oven and a large double sink underneath and next to it. This island also functions as a dining/breakfast bar. The sitting area is open and adjacent to the kitchen. A nice place to enjoy the latest films and series together. There is an integrated water vapor fireplace for an extra atmospheric experience. By opening the double sliding doors in the seating area you gain access to the deck terrace, and the inside and outside are ultimately beautifully connected. The entire ground floor is beautifully finished with a herringbone PVC floor and the beams of the roof construction have also been beautifully made visible from the inside. Three different rooms are accessible from the landing on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a third room that currently serves as a home office. The office can be closed with double steel doors and overlooks the dining room and kitchen. If desired, this space can be turned into a fourth bedroom. The other two bedrooms are both of a more then generous size. There is one bedroom located at the front of the house. Behind the sloping walls of the roof construction is a handmade built-in wardrobe and this room also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower. The third master bedroom is located at the rear and has a large glass facade with a beautiful unobstructed view over the Westeinderplassen. The glass facade has a custom-made electric window coverings to darken the bedroom. The room has a smart layout with a large walk-in closet behind the TV cabinet. Of course, the master bedroom also has its own luxurious bathroom. Complete with a double washbasin, toilet, bath and walk-in shower. There is a large attic accessible from the first floor with storage space and the heat recovery unit. Garden The garden of the house is located all around and mainly consists of a lawn, a driveway for two cars and a plastic decking terrace. The terrace is laid at the rear of the house, creating a lot of privacy. The terrace has room for several seating areas and there is a jacuzzi, which can be taken over by a new owner. Space has been created from the terrace where the boat can be docked. Cast off! you sail out of the harbor and you sit directly on the 'grote poel'. A swimming ladder has also been made here for diving into the water in the summer.
