The House
After you have parked the car in the private driveway, you enter the spacious hall with the toilet, meter cupboard and wardrobe. The living room has a classic layout with an open kitchen at the front and the living room at the rear. The kitchen has recently been 'wrapped' and has a 5-burner gas hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. In line with the kitchen there is room for the dining table and seating area. From the seating area, the (renewed) French doors provide access to the backyard.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two similarly spacious bedrooms and a third room which currently serves as a dressing room. The bathroom at the front was renovated in 2021 and is completely equipped with a walk-in shower, second toilet, bath and a washbasin with double sink.
The connections for the washing machine and dryer are located in the attic and the central heating boiler is located here. On the attic floor there is a fourth spacious bedroom with large skylights on either side. There is the necessary storage space behind the knee bulkheads.
Garden
The backyard is located on the southwest, so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening. There is also an electric awning. The garden is largely tiled and therefore very easy to maintain, ideal for people without green fingers. At the back of the garden there is a large canopy, equipped with electricity. There is no (bicycle) storage room in the backyard, as it is located at the front of the house, next to the driveway.
Kudelstaart
The house is located on the edge of the green residential area 'Proosdij' in Kudelstaart within walking distance of the shopping center. Primary schools, public transport, the Westeinderplassen are also a short distance away. Kudelstaart itself is a bustling village. Many new neighborhoods have been built in recent years and the shopping center has been extensively expanded and renovated. A modern football complex, marinas and catering establishments also contribute to the pleasant living environment of Kudelstaart.
