The House
The front door of Schweitzerstraat 85 is somewhat hidden in a friendly courtyard with a playground. The entrance to the house has a spacious hall with space for the wardrobe, meter cupboard, toilet and access to the kitchen/diner. The house is, as it is called, 'split-level' and therefore has a lower kitchen/diner at the front of the house with a higher sitting area on the garden side. The attractive kitchen-diner has plenty of storage and work space, a dishwasher, sink, 6-burner gas stove with oven and extractor hood. The American refrigerator is separate and, in general, will be taken with the sellers. There is plenty of space for the dining table. The seating area at the rear of the house is spacious and has large windows for sufficient daylight. The garden is accessible from here, as are the stairs to the first floor.
First floor
This floor has four good bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are at the front and two at the back of the house. The modern bathroom is located in between and has a second toilet, a bathroom cabinet with a round washbasin and a walk-in shower with seat.
Second floor
On the attic floor there is a fifth, spacious (bed)room. Here are also the connections for the washing machine and dryer. A handy storage cupboard is accessible from the landing, the central heating boiler is also located in the cupboard. At the rear of the house is the large roof terrace. This terrace is located on the northeast and is the ideal place to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee, with a beautiful view of water and greenery.
Garden
The backyard is also located on the northeast and therefore mainly receives the morning sun. The garden is largely tiled with various plants, including an apple tree. A full-fledged garden house has recently been installed at the back of the garden. This garden house is attractively furnished and can be used for multiple purposes. Think of a home workplace, home office or as a ''chill space''. For extra comfort in winter, a pellet stove has been installed in the garden house. In the front garden there is a stone shed where the bicycle can be parked.
Kudelstaart
Kudelstaart is a quiet village with lots of greenery, good sports facilities, a nice shopping center and an active club life. Located on the edge of 't Groene Hart of the Randstad and on the Westeinderplassen with possibilities for swimming from the Loswal. The villages of Kudelstaart and Aalsmeer together form the Municipality of Aalsmeer. The location in relation to Schiphol and cities such as Amsterdam and Haarlem is excellent, you can reach these locations within half an hour. And with Aalsmeer a short distance away, the offer is even more extensive. The club life in the village is extremely active, events are regularly organized such as carnival, charity auctions, festive weeks, etc. There are also sports parks, a roller skating rink and if you like walking, running or cycling: Within a few minutes you can walk or cycle in the Green Heart of the Randstad.
