Location If you are looking for a residential location with a lot of freedom and privacy, this is the place to be at the Heemraadsingel in Mijdrecht. There are no direct neighbors at the front. This is because one of Mijdrecht's numerous canals runs right along the Heemraadsingel. Apart from that, you live in a neighborhood with a spacious layout and plenty of green space. Essential amenities are all within easy reach. The nearest supermarket is a stone's throw away and the attractive village center can be reached in less than a ten-minute walk. There are also several schools and bus stops nearby. The latter is useful if you want to take the bus to, for example, Uithoorn, Woerden, Breukelen or Amsterdam. Do you prefer to make such a trip by car? From the Heemraadsingel you are on the N-roads around the village in about five minutes, and in just under ten minutes at the slip road to the A2 freeway. Ground Floor After entering through the front door you reach a spacious entrance hall, where on the left you will find successively the meter cupboard, the staircase, a large stairs cupboard and the entrance door to a separate toilet room. In the latter you use a standing toilet and a sink. From the entrance you also have access to the cozy living room that this house has. Second floor From the landing of the first floor, a fixed staircase leads to the upper living level, where again you first enter a landing. This allows you to benefit from extra space in both rooms on this floor. On the edges of both attic bedrooms are also cleverly created built-in closets. Finally, it is advantageous that these two rooms both have their own sink. Garden As a resident of this house you have a large backyard facing northwest.
