GROUND FLOOR
You drive into the neighborhood along water with tall old trees and the peace immediately grabs you. Parking is free in front of the houses so you never have to look for a spot. The front view of the house has a welcoming appearance that invites you to come inside. Through the landscaped front garden you enter the house where it quickly becomes clear that it is a neat and spacious home. The hall gives access to the toilet with natural ventilation, meter cupboard, staircase and living room.
The spacious living room offers more than enough room for a family sofa, TV cabinet and dining table. That still leaves enough walking space or for the young families; a playpen or play corner for the children. At the rear was formerly a passage to the storage room. The neighborhood called De Vesten is a beloved neighborhood in Nieuwegein. This is due to the green and quiet environment with all amenities at desired distance such as Cityplaza. This was completely renovated between 2005 and 2015 into a modern center which offers space for all amenities. Ideal when you live only minutes away from there! This renovation can be seen throughout Nieuwegein, in almost all neighborhoods you can see that it is being renovated. In the immediate vicinity live many different people, from starters to seniors and from singles to families with children. It is a diverse place that offers space for all target groups.
