About the location and neighborhood: The Weidevenne district is spacious, green, and has a pleasant atmosphere. It's a child-friendly neighborhood where children can play safely and enjoyably outdoors, with a primary school offering childcare and a preschool just a two-minute walk away. Secondary schools are within cycling distance and can also be easily and quickly reached by public transport: several bus stops are nearby, and Purmerend Weidevenne station is just a few minutes' walk from the property. Near the station, you'll also find the neighborhood shopping center, where you can find all your daily essentials. Purmerend city center is less than a 10-minute bike ride away. The A7 motorway is just a few minutes' drive away, meaning you can be on your way to Zaandam, Amsterdam, or Hoorn in no time by car.
Layout of the property:

First floor: From the landing, the three bedrooms and the bathroom are accessible. All bedrooms have straight walls (so no space loss), are neatly finished with a laminate floor, and have - like the rest of the house - plenty of natural light. The master bedroom also has air conditioning and a beautiful walk-in closet built in 2020. The luxurious bathroom features recessed spotlights, a double sink with vanity unit, and a walk-in rain shower.
Attic: Via a loft ladder, there is access to a spacious attic. Plenty of space (for those items you should have thrown away during your last move).
