About the location and neighbourhood:
The property is located in the village of Tuitjenhorn, on a quiet street with a wide green strip and a pond. The village offers all basic amenities such as a supermarket, several other shops, an outdoor swimming pool, sports hall and a primary school. The village is surrounded by beautiful polder landscapes and the coastal areas (e.g. Schoorl Dunes, Petten, Bergen, etc.) are also very close by. Larger towns such as Schagen and Alkmaar can be reached by car within 15 to 20 minutes.
