Woonhub presents:
Are you looking for a ready to move in family home with lots of living space, both inside and outside? Then definitely request a viewing in this lovely semi-detached house on Beatrixstraat in the popular neighborhood Zeelst in Veldhoven (Noord-Brabant). You live here in the east of the city, in a quiet spot on a low-traffic street that runs along a park. Important amenities such as schools, bus stops, highways and shopping areas are nearby. Shopping can be done in the modern shopping area CityCentrum, but also in the center of the former church village Zeelst. This spacious semi-detached house offers four large bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, a kitchen renovated in 2021, a cozy living room and a beautiful conservatory. Moreover, as an occupant of this house you will have a neatly landscaped and well cared for front, side and back garden. The whole is in excellent condition. There are several fixed air conditioning units in the house and on the roof are ten solar panels.
Ground Floor
When you enter through the front door, which is on the side of the house, you first find yourself in a neat entrance hall. Here you will find the meter cupboard immediately on the right. On the left are the staircase and the access door to a secluded toilet room, which is equipped with a floating toilet and a sink.
Through the entrance you also have access to the spacious living room that this house is rich. This living room runs as it were around the entrance area, which brings with it an atmosphere-enhancing effect. Another advantage is the presence of a fixed air conditioning unit.
At the rear, the living room is open to a modern kitchen. This is a U-shaped kitchen which was almost completely renovated in 2021. In terms of modern appliances you will find, among others, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an induction stove and a combination oven. One of the kitchen units also serves as a partition between the living room and kitchen. This block can also be used as a bar and/or dining table.
First floor
In the entrance hall begins the fixed staircase (with wonderfully soft stair covering) which leads to the landing of the first floor. From there you then have access to three spacious bedrooms. Of these, the master bedroom sits at the front of the house. The two larger bedrooms on this floor are equipped with their own fixed air conditioning unit. For the floors of the bedrooms, beautiful laminate has always been used.
On the first floor you will also find a luxurious bathroom. This is neatly tiled and equipped with underfloor heating, a toilet, a beautiful washbasin and a spacious walk-in shower. This bathroom was renovated in 2015 and is still in excellent condition.
Second floor
The second floor is also accessible via a staircase. On this top floor you will first enter a spacious attic. Here you have plenty of storage space. Moreover, in the attic the boiler and connections for white goods can be found. Finally, on the second floor you will find the fourth large bedroom of this house. This full attic bedroom also has beautiful laminate flooring and its own fixed air conditioning unit. Thanks to a rear dormer window, you will benefit from extra space in this room.
Garden
If you step outside through the outward opening garden doors in the kitchen or living room, you first find yourself in a beautiful conservatory. This can be completely closed via sliding glass doors. Thus, the conservatory serves as an ideal extension of the living room, as well as the ultimate gateway to the garden, which further offers a fine variety of tiling, a lawn and plants. In the backyard is also a large stone garage, which is good for eighteen square meters of storage space.
Through a gate you can reach the side and front garden from the backyard. Hereby, the side garden consists of a paved driveway where you can easily park a (large) passenger car. Finally, at the front of the garden you will find richly varied planting. Here is a high hedge, giving you extra privacy in your (southeast facing) front yard and living room.

The Beatrixstraat is part of the pleasant neighborhood Zeelst, in the east of the city of Veldhoven. Zeelst was originally an independent church village. The village center, with all its authentic buildings and beautiful St. Willibrordus Church, is still intact. In a few minutes cycling you reach this shopping area which includes a supermarket, several stores and several cozy restaurants. Furthermore, the 'new center area of Veldhoven (CityCentrum) is about one kilometer from the house. Several primary and secondary schools are also within walking or (short) cycling distance. Moreover, the highways (read: the slip roads to the A2 freeway) in five minutes by car to reach and you live just steps away from bus stops, where you benefit from good bus connections to Eindhoven and other parts of Veldhoven.
