Layout:
First floor:
The house has a front garden and upon entering through the porch you reach the entrance hall with cupboard, wardrobe and access to the living room. This room has large windows for lots of light, a stairs cupboard and provides access to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen, located at the rear, is equipped with an L-shaped kitchen unit with a 4-burner induction hob with extractor fan, a combi oven/microwave, and a dishwasher at height. The countertop is hard stone and includes a sink with water faucet, as well as a freestanding refrigerator. The kitchen has many windows. Second floor:
From the landing you can reach the 3 bedrooms, each with an area of approximately 14, 11 and 9 m². Next to the stairwell is an alcove for additional storage space on the landing. The bathroom is enlarged with a walk-in shower and equipped with a bathtub with hand shower, a second toilet, a towel radiator and a sink. The bathroom faucets are integrated into the walls and the bathroom is both mechanically and naturally ventilated.
Second floor:
Through the fixed staircase you can reach the second floor. The landing has a skylight and here is the inverter for the solar panels. Here is also the boiler with underlying a kitchenette with sink and water tap on the other side of the stairwell is a washing machine connection. The door gives access to the attic room with dormer window at the rear, lots of storage space under the knee walls and storage space at standing height.
South-facing backyard:
The house features a front garden, side garden and a recently landscaped, low-maintenance backyard. The backyard is approximately 12 meters deep and 8 meters wide and is accessible through the back door, as well as through the enclosed side wall and the back entrance. On the back facade is an outdoor tap attached. At the back of the garden is a detached stone shed. The enclosed side garden is still approximately 2 meters wide.
